This striking elegant
Darco son combines his world famous father’s talent for
jumping with his mother’s beauty. This beautiful Darco son
is blood-made with a lot of movement, enormous jumping capacity
and lots of flexibility.
Turbo himself performs excellently. At the age of six he won the
stallion contest at the Hasselt Jumping and he became the winner
of the prestigious “Masters” at the Panhof Jumping
at the age of seven. (1,60 m)
Even while he’s still alive, father Darco is already a legend.
With Ludo Philippaerts he was one of the best jumpers in the world
for years on end. Meanwhile he is recognised worldwide as the
jumpers’ testator of the moment. Innumerable international
jumpers belong to Darco’s offspring.
Mother Oreal comes from the famous Blesse stock and is a guarantee
for ferformance and beauty. Mother, grandmother and great-grandmother
were national mare champions. A lot of good jumpers and dressage
horses come from this stock. Mother Oreal already gave a lot of
top jumpers and dressage horses at a young age: Roxane (Ria Loots),
Sandro (Rita Philippaerts), Turbo (Philippaerts), Vasco (Wilfried
Mondelaers) and Warkant (Wilfied Mondelaers).
Turbo is Warkant van ‘t Gestelhof’s half brother,
a tested stallion in Belgium (BWP) and Germany.
Many horses which belong to the offspring of the first years
that he was in service gained several places of honour in various
tests and loose jumping contests. In 2003 Briljant van de Kopshoeve
gained the national title in the BWP mare test.
